Festival Comes to Langley
The Langley School District Foundation in partnership with
Langley Film Nights Shot in the Dark and the Toronto Film Festival (TIFF) is
proud to present the First Annual and Unprecedented Langley International Film
Festival!
Featuring six screenings from February 19 to 21, as well as
an Opening Night Gala, the festival is already creating huge buzz within the
Langley community and beyond.
The festival opens with NUMB, an edgy, provocative film
directed by Langley’s Jason Goode. Shot entirely in British Columbia, the film
is Jason’s premiere screening and the cast and crew will be in attendance both
at the film and during the opening night gala.

Sepass Theatre at 9096 Trattle in Fort Langley. Tickets are $10 per screening.
Gala is $25. Three-day pass including all six screenings is $50. All proceeds
from the First Annual Langley International Film Festival will support arts and

October 1st from 6:30 – 8:00pm. The evening will be an open house style
format in the Gym.

There will be SEVERE consequences for any alcohol or drug use before or during the Cruise!

Grade 1 - 5 Meet the Teacher Evening
Parents of students in
Grades 1-5 are invited to meet their children's teachers in their classrooms on
Thursday, September 24.
Grades 1-3 will have
information sessions in their rooms from 6 – 6:30 pm
Grades 4-5 will have
information sessions in their rooms from 6:30-7 pm.
It is requested that
parents come without children if at all possible.
