GRAD PHOTOS!

We will be taking appointments for grad photos starting this Friday in the main office.  Photos will be taken from November 18th to 29th. (Please note that students who are not planning to purchase photos will still need to get their picture taken so that they will have a picture in the yearbook and the wall composite)

GRAD TEAM BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP DAY

The grade 12's will be having their Grad Team Building and Leadership Day tomorrow, October 16th.  The day will start with a breakfast in the Cafeteria at 8:15am, followed by a ropes course at Trinity Western University from 9:30 - 2:30.  Sounds like fun!

Just a last minute reminder that student photo orders are due in today.  If your student was not here for photo day (or their photos didn't turn out), they can come for retakes on Wednesday, October 23rd.

CHOOSE BC - POST SECONDARY VISIT

This Friday (October 11th) Representatives from several BC Post Secondary Institutions will visit LFAS for interested grade 10 - 12 students.  The session runs from 8:30 to 11:00 am and parents are welcome.

Your child will be bringing home their photo proofs soon.  The deadline to order pictures is Tuesday, October 15th.  If you are not happy with your pictures, photo retake day is Wednesday, October 23rd.

Come and hear Madeleine De Little, our senior counselor, talk about Graduation requirements, post secondary options, scholarships and more.

*Also on October 11th at 8:30 to 11:00 am, come to LFAS and listen/talk to representatives from Emily Carr University, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Simon Fraser University, BCIT, UNBC, University of the Fraser Valley, Quest University, Camosun College, Corpus Christi College, Canadian Forces, Thompson Rivers University, Trinity Western University, and University of Victoria.
