PROPOSED 2016-2017 DISTRICT CALENDAR

Proposed 2016-2017 District Calendar

The Board of Education has passed a motion to begin the consultation process for the 2016-2017 District Calendar. The 2016-2017 District Calendar aligns with other local school districts' spring and winter breaks. Some non-instructional days, pro-d days for example, may change and can do so at the local level. To provide feedback on the 2016-2017 District Calendar you may send an email to feedback@sd35.bc.ca. To view a PDF of the proposed 2016-2017 District Calendar, click here.

KWANTLEN POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY DUAL CREDIT XCEL PROGRAM

On Thursday, March 5th at LUNCH HOUR - KPU will be at the Langley Fine Arts School to present information about the Dual Credit XCEL program that is offered as a partnership between KPU and LFAS.

This program provides an opportunity for Grade 12 high school students to enroll in ‘100’ level university courses (one per semester) and earn high school credits as well as university credits. This program has been embraced by several Langley School District students.
